Our Botanical Bar experiences are thoughtfully designed and tailored to each event. The following pricing serves as a starting reference, with final proposals customized based on guest count, presentation details, and selected enhancements.
The Botanical Bar - Large Experience
Starting at $1,250
Includes service for up to 50 guests
After 50 guests, pricing is $12.50 per guest, per sachet or bath tea.
The base experience includes:
- Styled service table
- Decorative table pole with floral swag
- Apothecary-style display featuring approximately 64 curated botanicals
- Professional setup and breakdown
- Standard packaging for guests
Additional enhancements, upgraded materials, or specialty elements may be added for an additional cost.
The Botanical Bar - Intimate Experience
Starting at $800
Includes service for up to 15 guests
Designed for smaller gatherings or more intimate celebrations, this option includes a scaled presentation of our signature Botanical Bar.
After 15 guests, pricing is $12.50 per guest, per sachet or bath tea.
Standard packaging applies:
- Sachets: white organza bags
- Bath Teas: natural muslin bags
Custom upgrades, specialty botanicals, or expanded styling are available upon request.
